Meeks Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1998 by
Kevin T. Meeks, MSA as a boutique appraisal firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate valuation assignments. Over the past decade,
the services we offer have expanded, but our extraordinary attention to detail has remained the same.
Meeks Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. is located in the Uptown Neighborhood of Minneapolis, and although our primary service area is the 7-county Twin Cities Metropolitan Area, much of our work is throughout the state of Minnesota. The 7-county metro
area includes Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, Carver, Scott, and Washington counties.
